Orks: Boyz is a multipart plastic miniatures kit for the Warhammer 40,000 tabletop wargame, produced by Games Workshop under item code 50-80. The box builds a complete unit of Ork infantry: one Nob, nine Boyz, and one Ammo Runt, forming the backbone of any Ork army on the battlefield.
Boyz are the rank and file of the Orks, massive green brutes who go to battle in large, unruly mobs led by a Nob who inspires the troops through example and simple intimidation. Tough and determined infantry, their battered armour and crude, varied weapons give them a distinctly motley appearance. Armed with choppas, sluggas, and shootas, they are a genuine threat both at range and in the swirl of melee, and no Ork army is complete without plenty of them to take and hold objectives while keeping constant pressure on the enemy.
The kit is highly customisable. The Nob can be assembled with either a kustom choppa or power klaw and kombi-skorcha, or with a two-handed big choppa, and can be finished with a choice of two bosspoles and four different heads. Among the regular Boyz, one can be equipped with an optional big shoota, another with a burna, and another with a rokkit launcha, letting you tailor the unit's firepower to your liking.
A huge range of interchangeable parts is included for further customisation: 17 heads, multiple sets of arms holding shootas, sluggas, and choppas, shoulder armour pieces, holstered back-mounted weapons, and 16 extra accessories such as grenades, trophies, and pouches, plus base decorations. In total the box contains 149 plastic components, the appropriate Citadel round bases, a construction guide, and an Orks Transfer Sheet with 385 high-quality waterslide transfers featuring clan symbols for the Goffs, Bad Moons, Snakebites, Evil Suns, Blood Axes, and Deathskulls, along with universal Ork glyphs and decorations.
An essential building block for collectors and players who want to expand or start an Ork force, offering plenty of scope for conversion and personalisation on the tabletop.
