Carcassonne: Tournaments & Emblems is the sixth major expansion for the classic tile-laying board game Carcassonne. This expansion introduces new elements to the base game, including tournaments and emblems that give players additional tactical options when expanding the landscape around the city of Carcassonne.
As in all Carcassonne expansions, players take turns placing tiles and positioning their meeples to claim cities, roads, cloisters and fields. This expansion introduces the concept of tournaments, where knights can challenge one another, along with emblems that can earn players extra points at the end of the game based on how many they've collected.
The expansion is designed to be combined with the base Carcassonne game and, optionally, other expansions in the series, offering added depth and variety for players already familiar with the original game.
